Many cases are treated with low-dose contraceptive pills or other medications.
In some cases, the problem can be solved with laparoscopic surgery. However, those with more severe problems may require a hysterectomy or removal of the uterus. However, recently transvaginal or laparoscopic hysterectomy is done without cutting the abdomen.

How Can Fibroids be Treated?

Surgery
There is no special need for surgery in the early stages of uterine tumors, but in some cases, if the size and volume of fibroids increases, surgery is taken, which is called myomectomy in medical terms.
Abdominal myomectomy involves cutting out the fibroids or tumor from the uterus through an incision in the lower abdomen, although this is also done laparoscopically, meaning that the tumor is removed through a small incision without making a large incision in the abdomen.
