Chest Pain and Palpitations: This problem is one of the major symptoms of iron deficiency. When oxygen is depleted in the blood, human respiration becomes abnormal. As a result, the work of the heart is also disrupted. Then there are chest pain and breathing problems.

Fatigue and exhaustion: Fatigue will come when you work, this is normal. However, it is not normal to get extra tired after doing a little work. Excessive fatigue is a common symptom of iron deficiency in the body.

Imbalance: The hormone dopamine is called the 'medium', which connects the brain and the nervous system. Iron deficiency reduces the secretion of dopamine hormone in the body. As a result, there is no balance or control in the body while walking. Leg imbalances are usually felt in the afternoon and at night.

Pale and rough skin: The red blood cells in the body are called hemoglobin. Hemoglobin helps keep the skin alive and healthy. Iron deficiency causes the body not to produce enough hemoglobin. As a result, the skin becomes pale and pale.


Headaches: Iron deficiency can cause severe headaches. Headaches occur when the brain does not get the amount of oxygen it needs. In addition, a lack of hemoglobin can lower blood pressure levels.

Hair loss: Excessive hair loss, softening of hair follicles, roughness, and hair breakage are some of the symptoms of iron deficiency.

Tips: Iron tablets should not be taken without a doctor's advice. Also, a nutritionist will tell you how much iron you need to eat every day.
In order to prevent iron deficiency in the body, the foods that must be eaten are- vegetables, lentils, liver, pumpkin seeds, pulses, egg yolks, spinach, kochushak, apples, dates, nuts, soybeans, and marine fish.

Iron deficiency can occur in the body for a variety of reasons, but some unconsciousness acts as a cause.

1. If you take iron from vegetable sources, you should eat something like vitamin C, such as lemon, orange, malt, etc. Either the iron from the vegetable source will not be absorbed in the human body and as a result, deficiency may occur.

2. Tea or coffee interferes with the absorption of iron, so tea or coffee should not be consumed with iron. Tea or coffee should not be eaten especially with eggs, fish, meat, nuts, etc.

3. Prolonged calcium supplementation can lead to iron deficiency, as calcium interferes with iron absorption. Therefore calcium should not be eaten without the advice of a doctor or nutritionist.
